▍Application
The single magazine Unloader is designed for unloading of PCBs, an arriving PCB is taken up by the attached conveyor and then pushed into the magazine by a specially designed pusher. The magazine indexes to the next position and is ready for the following unloading cycle.
1. The unit provides automatic magazine change-over for continuous line unloading. PCB’s are collected from an upstream pusher conveyor (ordered separately) and pushed into the magazine. Full magazines are offloaded at an ergonomic low level.
2. Used in SMT line end, received and stores PCB into magazine one by one.
3. Located at the final stage of SMT line, this unit stacks PCBs in an empty magazine rack using a motorized pusher one by one.
