✅ LTL-460LS-E / LTU-460LS-E | Light Single Magazine Loader & Unloader (Space Save Type)

The space-saving single magazine loader LTL-460LS-E sits at the front of SMT lines. It automatically pushes PCBs out of the magazine onto the downstream conveyor for continuous feeding. The matching LTU-460LS-E single magazine unloader works at the end of production lines. It receives finished PCBs from upstream equipment and pushes boards one by one into empty magazines for storage. Compact footprint saves valuable factory floor space. Equipped with touch HMI, stable motorized pusher, ESD protection, and optional RS-485 communication for automatic width adjustment.

✅ X-460D | ESD Roller Paper Type PCB Cleaner

Vanstron X-460D PCB cleaner removes micro dust, particles and surface contaminants from bare PCBs before solder paste printing, adhesive dispensing or post laser marking. It adopts adhesive roller + ESD brush + vacuum extraction cleaning structure, supports single-sided / double-sided cleaning and bypass mode. The replaceable sticky roller paper enables simple maintenance, prevents solder ball & printing defects caused by board contamination, and improves SMT yield.

✅ DL-460 | Bare Boards Destacker for PCB

DL-460 bare board destacker feeds stacked bare PCBs at the start of SMT production lines. Its exclusive separation cams separate one single PCB from the bottom of the stack, gently transferring it via ESD belt to downstream machines. PLC controlled, with selectable destacker / bypass mode. It supports ultra-thin PCB starting from 0.6mm thickness, pre-alarm for low board stock, and smooth automatic width adjustment, eliminating manual bare board loading.
